Support Group for Authentic Expression
The support group for authentic expression is a safe and supportive space dedicated to adults who want to learn to express themselves more clearly, honestly, and confidently in their relationships. Within the group, participants will explore difficulties related to expressing needs, setting boundaries, managing conflicts, and fear of being judged or rejected. Through practical exercises, reflection, and mutual support, the group aims to develop more authentic, assertive communication that is connected to one's own emotions and values.
The group forms with a maximum of 8 participants and consists of 6 weekly meetings.

This group is intended for individuals who find it difficult to say what they think or feel, who avoid conflicts for fear of hurting or being rejected, who have difficulty setting boundaries, or who frequently over-adapt to others' needs.
During the meetings, participants will have the opportunity to explore, at a gentle and respectful pace, their own communication difficulties and relational patterns that prevent authentic expression. We will work on topics such as expressing needs and emotions, setting healthy boundaries, managing tensions and conflicts, fear of judgment or rejection, as well as developing a more confident and coherent presence in relationships with others. The focus will not only be on intellectual understanding of these difficulties but also on concrete practice of new ways of expression.
The group combines guided reflection, practical exercises, and mutual support among participants, so that each person can gradually experience more authentic, assertive communication connected to their own emotions, needs, and values. In a non-judgmental setting, group members can discover they are not alone in their difficulties and that change becomes more accessible when supported by safe and validated relational experiences.
The group forms with a maximum of 8 participants to maintain an intimate, attentive, and sufficiently safe environment for active participation. The program consists of 6 weekly meetings, each designed as a step toward developing clearer, firmer, and more authentic expression.
Currently, no group is formed. Registrations remain open for interested individuals, and the group will start once the minimum number of participants is reached.
