1. Definitions

The general terms and conditions set forth below shall apply to all sales of goods by Sprijin360 and its partners, through the online store https://sprijin360.ro/ to the Buyer and may be amended at any time by Sprijin360 without prior notice.

Thus, the following terms shall mean:

  • Buyer – a natural person / legal entity or other legal entity placing an Order.
  • SellerSprijin360, trading as Costache Antoaneta Individual Psychology Practice, with registered office at Centrul Koly Medical, Str. Ștefan Velicu 43, Bucharest 023255, VAT number 49191345, registered with the Trade Registry.
  • Goods – any product, including documents and services specified in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
  • Order – an electronic document serving as a form of communication between Seller and Buyer, whereby the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive and pay for them.
  • Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller.
  • Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyrights and related rights, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, registered trademarks and domain name registrations for any of the above.
  • Site – the domain https://sprijin360.ro/ and its subdomains.

2. Contractual Documents

By placing an electronic Order on the website https://sprijin360.ro/, the Buyer agrees to the communication methods (email, phone) used by the Seller to conduct operations. The Order shall consist of the following documents:

  1. The Order (including clear indications of delivery and billing data) and its specific conditions.
  2. Terms and Conditions.

If the Seller confirms the Order, this implies full acceptance of the Order’s terms. The Seller’s acceptance of the Order is deemed complete upon electronic confirmation (email) sent from Seller to Buyer, without requiring acknowledgment of receipt. The Seller never considers an unconfirmed order as constituting a Contract.

Order confirmation is done electronically (email). Product prices in the order are valid for 3 business days from the order registration date. The general terms and conditions of sale shall form the basis of the Contract thus concluded.


3. Seller’s Obligations

  • The Seller shall use its professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and shall deliver Goods that meet the Buyer’s requirements and specifications expressed in the Order;
  • Information presented on the Seller’s websites is for informational purposes and may be modified by the Seller without prior notice. Product descriptions may be incomplete, but the Seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information so that the product is used within the parameters for which it was purchased;

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The User/Buyer understands the intellectual property rights and shall not disclose to any third party nor make public any information received from the Seller.

All drawings, graphic and design elements appearing on the site, the site name, as well as graphic signs are registered trademarks owned by Sprijin360 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without the written consent of the owner.

All content elements (descriptions, drawings, graphic and design elements, etc.), including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, trade symbols, static/dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the site, are the exclusive property of Sprijin360, which reserves all rights obtained directly or indirectly through licenses of use and/or publication.

The User/Buyer is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or alter, use, link to, display, include any content element mentioned above in any context other than the original intended by Sprijin360, include any content element outside the Site, remove copyright marks of Sprijin360, or participate in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying content elements, except with the express written consent of Sprijin360.


5. Rights over Site Content

All site content and graphic elements, including but not limited to (text content, technical sources of services, page sources, any other material transmitted in any form to Users – site viewing, newsletters, etc.) belong to Sprijin360, except where another owner is expressly mentioned.

Site content may be used exclusively for personal purposes. Any use of content for purposes other than personal may only be done with the prior express written consent of Sprijin360. Therefore, copying, taking, reproducing, publishing, transmitting, selling, distributing partially/fully or modified content of this site for purposes other than personal is prohibited, with the following exceptions:

  • (i) Reproduction is permitted (on non-commercial sites, forums, press articles, etc.) of small fragments of published articles (max. 400 characters), with mandatory source citation including a link, in the form: “Source: [site name] – link to site content”.
  • (ii) Links to the site https://sprijin360.ro/ are allowed, and source citation shall be made after each link or at the end of the article: “Information provided courtesy of Sprijin360 – link to site content”.

Users agree to respect all copyrights and related rights, as well as any other intellectual property rights held by the Site Administrator and its partners regarding the site https://sprijin360.ro/.

Sprijin360 reserves the right to take legal action against any person and/or entity violating the above provisions. Requests for use of site content for any purpose other than personal may be sent by email to contact@sprijin360.ro, specifying “Attention agency”.

Anyone transmitting or publishing information or materials to the site undertakes not to infringe third-party copyrights. Sprijin360 cannot be held liable for violations of this obligation by senders.

Sprijin360 may run advertising/promotional campaigns in any section of the site without requiring Users’ consent. Spaces and their sizes may be changed at any time without prior notice. Sprijin360 assumes no responsibility for damages/losses resulting from advertising campaigns or promotions organized on the site, except those strictly organized on the site.


6. Limitation of Liability of the Site Administrator

Sprijin360 does not assume any obligation and does not guarantee implicitly or explicitly the site content, including content provided by partners or Users. However, Sprijin360 will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and professional presentation of information, attempting to correct errors and omissions reported as soon as possible.

The site administrator provides no warranties for content and cannot be held liable for losses/damages resulting from use or inability to use any part of the site, regardless of cause, or from misinterpretation of content.

Information is provided in good faith from sources considered reliable. If any article or information falls under copyright, users are asked to contact contact@sprijin360.ro. Information may include inaccuracies; the administrator will correct as soon as possible.

Users understand and accept that Sprijin360 does not guarantee:

  • that the information on the site is fully complete;
  • that information entered by Users is real/correct; it does not assume responsibility for how visitors use it;
  • that information or services on the site will meet all Users’ requirements; improper use entails full responsibility of Users;
  • results obtained by Users from using information or services;
  • constant/uninterrupted/error-free operation of services; it does not assume responsibility for damages due to temporary malfunction or use of links to other sites;

Sprijin360 is not responsible for inadvertent errors or omissions in information provided by Users. Sprijin360 is exempt from any liability for advertising messages posted on the site and for goods/services provided by their authors. Users agree to hold Sprijin360 harmless for actions resulting from incorrect or fraudulent use of the site.

In case of force majeure (technical errors, lack of Internet/phone connection, viruses, unauthorized access, operational errors, etc.), Sprijin360 and its affiliates are exempt from liability.

Users agree to protect and indemnify Sprijin360 from any claims/costs/damages resulting from their actions related to use of the site or services.

Sprijin360 offers no express or implied warranties regarding operation of the site https://sprijin360.ro/, information, content, materials or products on the site, or their suitability for any particular purpose. Use of the site is at Users’ own risk.


7. User Subscription to Newsletters and Alerts

Users have the option to receive newsletters and alerts by email, and may unsubscribe at any time with a single click on the link in the newsletter/alert (to the address provided at subscription).

Access to products offered through the site is via an active account (username/password). We recommend not disclosing these credentials to third parties.

For enhanced security, at the end of the visit we recommend closing the browser window or “Sign out/Log off.”

9. Billing and Payments

The price, payment method and term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice for delivered Goods; the Buyer must provide all information required for invoicing according to the law.

For correct invoicing communication, the Buyer is obliged to update data in the Account and access documents related to each Order.

By sending the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices also in electronic format, by email, at the address specified in the Account.


10. Responsibilities

  • The Seller undertakes to ship Goods and Services via door-to-door courier to the Buyer.
  • The Seller is released from risks/liabilities associated with Goods and Services upon handover to the internal courier or Buyer’s representative.
  • The Seller will ensure proper packaging and transmission of accompanying documents.
  • The Seller cannot be held liable for any damages suffered by the Buyer or third parties as a result of fulfilling obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from use of Goods after delivery; it is responsible for non-fulfillment by subcontractors/partners involved.
  • The Seller does not assume responsibility for product descriptions on the site; images are for illustration only, delivered products may differ due to changes without prior notice.
  • The Seller does not guarantee availability of displayed products in stock and may decide partial/full non-delivery when products are unavailable.
  • In case of incorrect price or other detail display (including database entry errors), The Seller reserves the right to cancel delivery and notify the client as soon as possible if delivery was not made.
  • The Seller is not liable for damages from site malfunction or inability to access certain links.
  • The maximum value of The Seller's obligations towards a client, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is the amount received.
  • Products are intended for personal use; resale is strictly prohibited according to the Fiscal Code.

11. Product Delivery

Delivery is not free and is made by express courier, according to the “Deliveries” section.

Some products are made to order; production and delivery time may be up to 14 business days from order processing.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00. Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. During holidays and discount periods, delivery time may be extended.

If the package cannot be delivered (recipient does not answer, wrong address, etc.), the courier will contact you. If contact cannot be made, parcels remain 7 days at the local courier, then return to sender.

We are not responsible for delays/losses/damages/non-delivery/wrong delivery caused by situations beyond our control, such as (illustrative list):

  • traffic blockages, landslides, bridge collapses, tunnel blockages, derailments, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, regional revolts, adverse weather conditions;
  • natural causes: earthquakes, catastrophes, storms, tornadoes, fires, floods, spills, riverbed abandonments, etc.;
  • human causes: state of war, siege, forced nationalization, revolutions, popular uprisings, etc.;
  • non-compliance with orders by suppliers and third parties.

12. Acceptance

Acceptance shall occur when Goods conform to the technical characteristics specified in the Order. If delivered Products are non-compliant, the Seller will bring them into compliance. For products sold and delivered by Sprijin360, the Buyer benefits from a 14-day return right.


13. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of Goods transfers upon delivery, after payment by Buyer, at the location indicated in the Order (delivery = signing the transport document provided by the courier or signing the fiscal invoice for deliveries made by Seller’s personnel).

In case of courier delivery, the courier is not authorized by Seller to allow Buyer to open packages before signing; this is allowed only after signing and payment of any due amount.


14. Product Returns

The Buyer may request product returns in the following situations:

  • parcels show severe damage;
  • products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly (delivery of products other than those ordered must be reported immediately). Replacement may be requested; if the product is no longer in stock, replacement or full refund may be chosen. If replacement is with a higher-value product, the difference is paid; if lower, partial refund is given. Return/shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the client;
  • products have manufacturing defects;
  • right of withdrawal: Buyer may notify in writing withdrawal from purchase, without penalties and without reason, within 14 days of receipt (according to applicable law). Direct return costs are borne by the Buyer.

Products must be returned in original packaging, with attached invoice, without signs of physical wear or damage.

Customized products cannot be returned.

If replacement with a higher-value product is agreed, the Buyer pays the difference; if the value is lower, a partial refund is given. Return/shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Buyer. For products with damaged/incomplete packaging, signs of wear, etc., we reserve the right to decide acceptance of the return or retention of an amount, communicated after damage assessment.

In case of exercising the legal right of return, refund is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


15. Processing of Personal Data

To ensure respect for users’ rights to personal data protection, we have implemented protective measures, considering Romanian legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Regulation”).

Personal data means any information by which you can be identified, especially by an identifier (name, number, location data, online identifier, etc.).

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure respect for your rights; these conditions represent the notification under Articles 13–14 of the Regulation regarding reasons for collection, protection methods, and your rights.

We encourage you to read the document carefully and request additional information if needed.

1) General considerations regarding your personal data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Sprijin360 will manage, securely and only for specified purposes, the personal data provided. Data may be processed for providing internet services, goods/services supply, advertising, marketing, publicity, and statistics.

Sprijin360 may perform processing operations (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use and, in regulated cases, transmission to third parties under contracts ensuring data security and confidentiality).

Data may be used, including by automatic profiling (for Users with explicit consent), to personalize services and for marketing purposes. Automatic profiling does not target minors.

Data may be provided when creating an account/subscribing. Registration may request: name, surname, gender, date of birth, email, phone, profession, habits/preferences/behavior, etc.

The User is solely responsible for the data provided. For confirmation, an email is sent to the declared address. If you received a message without registering, write to contact@sprijin360.ro to delete the account (max. 3 business days). The email may contain, in PDF, the current version of this Contract.

The profile form contains fields editable later.

Providing data is not mandatory but necessary for site usage tracking and optimal service provision, promotional campaigns, marketing, and access to facilities. Refusal to provide data results in non-participation in campaigns and inability to use certain facilities.

The website can be used without creating a profile, except as stated in the Cookie Policy.

According to applicable law, Users have rights of access, intervention, objection, not to be subject to automated individual decisions, and the right to judicial recourse. To exercise rights, a request can be sent to contact@sprijin360.ro (“Personal Data Request”).

The site commits to not sending spam and to ensuring data security/confidentiality. The site may delete accounts/users violating Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities without notice.

2) Personal data collected, grounds for collection and purposes

Within the online site-user relationship, we collect and process data to provide informative and promotional content, following voluntary completion by the user (account creation/update, newsletter subscription, questionnaires, online forms, etc.).

  2. performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps;
  3. compliance with a legal obligation;
  4. protection of vital interests;
  5. performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority;

  • Right to erasure: deletion of data (within legal limits – “right to be forgotten”).
  • Right to restriction: restriction of processing in certain situations (e.g., contesting accuracy, unlawful processing, lack of necessity).
  • Right to object: especially for marketing or reasons related to particular situations; data may be anonymized upon request.
  • Right to withdraw consent: at any time (does not affect legality of prior processing). Processing is done within max. 3 business days.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.

5) Exercising rights

16. Force Majeure

No party shall be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if due to an unforeseeable, uncontrollable, and unavoidable force majeure event.


17. Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between Sprijin360 and users/clients/buyers shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by competent Romanian courts.


18. Special Offers

Sprijin360 currently has no ongoing special offer campaigns.


19. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Sprijin360 reserves the right to modify at any time and in any manner any provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions or the entire document, without prior notice and without further formalities towards Users. Any modification is fully and unconditionally accepted by Users through simple use or access to the site or its facilities after the modification. Non-acceptance of modifications entails the User’s obligation to immediately cease accessing the site and/or using the services.
