I am a practicing psychologist, trained in psychotherapy, working within an individual psychology office where I provide individual (adult), couple, and family psychotherapy services.
I deeply believe in each person’s capacity to heal and in their right to live according to their own values — autonomously, in authentic relationships, without defining themselves in relation to others.
Experience
My main specializations are Experiential Unified Psychotherapy (SPER) and Systemic Couple and Family Psychotherapy, within which I am a member of ICF Iași, an institution affiliated with the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA). I am currently pursuing additional training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Sue Johnson method, and am a member of the International Center for Excellence in EFT (ICEEFT).
Approach
I work for people, respecting each individual’s needs, pace, and internal resources. I integrate a systemic perspective to support relational balance, authentic communication, and restructuring dysfunctional patterns in couples and families.
I do not issue judgments or give advice. Instead of predefined solutions, I create a safe and comfortable space where we can explore together what works for you. I understand that the values guiding you may differ from mine, and that is why we will work starting from your beliefs and resources, building personalized solutions rather than universal patterns.
