Asking for help is an act of courage. Offering it professionally means dedication, empathy, and responsibility.
We created Sprijin360 for professionals who believe therapy is guided by principles, not compromises. Not an impersonal listing platform — but a community reflecting shared values.
Our code complements — it does not replace — the Psychologist's Deontological Code and other applicable professional codes. Each therapist primarily respects their professional college’s regulations. We add a layer of shared values and community commitment.
We are not perfect. But every day we choose to be better than yesterday.
This is our code.
First, do no harm
We do not intervene beyond our competence. We do not experiment on those in our care. We do not continue an ineffective approach merely to retain a client. The courage to say "I cannot help you, but I know who can" is a virtue, not a weakness. We maintain clear boundaries in the therapeutic relationship — never exploiting the therapist role in any context, personal or financial.
We see the person, not the label
Each person in your care is unique. Diagnosis is a tool, not an identity. We do not reduce people to symptoms, judge, or categorize. We treat everyone with respect regardless of who walks through the door.
Complete transparency with those in your care and with yourself
We communicate clearly what we can and cannot do. We do not promise miraculous cures. We do not hide the limitations of our method. Those in our care deserve the truth — even when it is uncomfortable. We obtain informed consent — explaining the method, estimated duration, costs, and alternatives before starting.
Because excellence has no expiration date and never stops evolving
We commit to lifelong learning. We participate in supervision, continuing education, and self-reflection. We always learn, regardless of experience. Science evolves, and so do we.
Colleagues are allies, not rivals
Therapy is not a competition. When a colleague needs support, we offer it. When someone in your care would benefit more from another, we refer. One of our successes is a success for the community.
Confidentiality is sacred
What is said in the office stays in the office. No exceptions. No "but I didn’t mention the name." No cases discussed at the table. Trust from those in your care is hard to build and lost in a second.
Accessibility is not optional
Every therapist deserves fair compensation for their work. And every person deserves access to support. For those who cannot afford it, we build a sponsorship program covering therapy costs — without the therapist waiving their fee.
Online, we are the same person as in the office
Our digital presence reflects the same values. We do not manipulate, exaggerate results, or use aggressive marketing tactics. We do not sell fears. We do not promise overnight transformations. We are authentic online just as face-to-face. We know promotion is real work and deserves reward. That’s why we created a fair affiliate program helping therapists reach clients without high marketing costs — and these savings translate into more accessible prices for those needing therapy.
AI helps us be more accessible, it does not replace us
We use artificial intelligence to answer questions when unavailable, schedule sessions anytime, translate content into other languages. But clinical decisions remain human. The therapeutic relationship cannot be automated. Technology extends us, it does not substitute us. The technology behind Sprijin360 exists to amplify the therapist’s impact, not replace them. This principle defines not only how it is built but also its purpose and proper use.
Community makes us stronger
Therapists live the paradox of supporting others while they themselves may suffer. In our community, we ask for help without shame. We offer help unconditionally. We support each other because we know how challenging this profession can be.
We believe in fair and transparent pricing — but the true measure of success is the people we help
Profit is necessary and deserved. But it is not the goal. The goal is the impact we have on people’s lives. When we prioritize impact, trust and sustainability come naturally.
